Welcome to MICHAEL Hohloch’s Refund & Returns Policy. We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If you’re not happy for any reason, you may return your order under the terms below.


1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. If your delivery address is within the European Union, you also benefit from the EU’s 14-day cooling-off period, during which you may return your purchase for any reason.


2. Eligibility

  • Items must be returned in the same condition you received them—unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • All products sold on hohloch.shop are eligible for return; no categories are excluded.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at contact@hohloch.shop with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Within 2 business days, we’ll send you a Return Authorization (RA) code and our Paris return address.
  3. Pack the items securely, include the RA code on the packing slip, and ship at your preferred carrier.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
  • We recommend using a tracked service or purchasing shipping insurance; MICHAEL Hohloch is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.

5. Inspection & Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return at 47 Rue de Monceau, 75008 Paris, France, we will notify you by email.
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original bank account within 15 business days of inspection.

6. Exchanges & Store Credit

  • We do not offer direct exchanges.
  • If you’d prefer a different size or style, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
